About me
Prof. Dr. Franziska Schölmerich is the head of the MBA Business Coaching and New Work Organizational Development program at SRH University Berlin. The psychologist researches how work can have positive effects on people and the planet and contribute to social cohesion. She uses her more than 15 years of experience in business and science to design and implement effective transformation concepts with organizations and is passionate about bringing people together and creating experiences that inspire enthusiasm for the future. She hosts the Business for Future podcast and is a member of the editorial board of OSC-journal.
