Introducing an open source eLearning personalization tool
Providing tailored learning experiences has become increasingly popular in the last couple of years as every individual has a unique approach to learning. Therefore, school curricula must be designed to meet different learning needs.
The outdated one-size-fits-all learning plan ignores individuals’ different temperaments, attention spans, and learning styles. This is where personalization comes into play. This talk will present our open-source “AI assessment and coaching tool,” which we designed and incorporated into our online courses.
We invite all educators to use this tool to achieve personalized learning experiences. Our tool helps educational coaches save time and resources manually creating custom learning plans by automatizing their knowledge-based decision-making process.
Furthermore, we will present our free and university-accredited online courses to enable individuals to become educators. Consequently, we will showcase our success stories of young refugees and migrants who already took the course and offered workshops for local communities. Everyone has valuable knowledge to share, and completing our educational courses encourages participants to present an engaging and interactive workshop while being comfortable on stage and, in parallel, becoming a valuable part of the job market and society.
