About me
Dara is the Head of the Research Group at the SKOLKOVO Educational Development Center, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. She is an expert in university transformation (innovations, organizations change, internationalization). Dara curates the Master of Arts in Experimental Higher Education program at the School of Advanced Studies at the University of Tyumen. Since 2014, Dara has regularly taken part in strategy sessions and programs for university leaders. She writes for Russian and international media and is the editor-in-chief of the Center’s blog. Currently she is working on her PhD thesis on factors and mechanism of experimental universities’ influence on higher education development at Maastricht University (the Netherlands).
