About me
Prof. Dr Olga Burkova has been Vice President for Digitalisation at HAW Hamburg since September 2017. In the context of digital transformation, she combines technical modernisation issues with digital cultural change, while at the same time strengthening the responsibility of higher education institutions in terms of their educational mission. In addition, she is particularly committed to cooperations with stakeholders from business, society and politics. She is a psychologist, educator and holds a doctorate in educational science. She has many years of experience in IT implementation in the social sector as well as in digital strategy development for universities.
