About me
Laura Paz is a Digitalization Associate at the Digital Learning Lab of the August Wilhelm Scheer Institute. Having facilitated workshops in various contexts, Laura applies her practical expertise in research on Further education and competency assessment and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in educational technology, bringing to the table a deep understanding of learning psychology combined with the application of educational technologies. Laura is committed to closing the gap between traditional educational methods and the demands of modern digital learning, driving forward innovative approaches for enhancing competency development in today's digital landscape.
