Physical stages 2025
The University:Future Festival is a three-day hybrid event and will create five places where participants can come together from May 13 – 15.
All of our stages feature outstanding speakers, networking opportunities, and special local offerings.
We will be presenting the festival’s main stage in Berlin. National and international experts as well as contributions from our community await you there. Location: Festsaal Kreuzberg, Am Flutgraben 2, 12435 Berlin.
On the stage in Brunswick, everything revolves around the topic of future tech – as a wishful thinking and research object, as an already lived practice and sometimes also as a dystopia. TU Braunschweig will be shedding light on the topic from various perspectives – technical and didactic, but also strategic and human. In addition to the content aspects, the venue offers numerous opportunities to network within and outside the programme and to take advantage of the cross-university dialogue. Location: Altgebäude, Pockelsstraße 4, 38106 Braunschweig
At the partner stage in Graz, TU Graz will discuss the importance of artificial intelligence for universities with experts, university members and interested parties. The focus will be on the practical use and impact of AI in research, teaching and administration. Location: Ground floor of the BMT building of TU Graz, Stremayrgasse 16, 8010 Graz, Austria
In Nuremberg, the Technische Hochschule and the Technische Universität are organising the joint partner stage ‘Shifting Stage’ for the second time. On 14 May, the stage will offer an exclusive insight into innovative teaching and learning approaches and present the latest research findings. Location: LEONARDO – Centre for Creativity and Innovation, Karl-Grillenberger-Str. 3A, 90402 Nuremberg.
In Zurich, the stage hosted by ETH Zurich will focus on the application of artificial intelligence to support university teaching: specific tools and platforms, techniques and technologies, structures and infrastructures. Participants can look forward to a lively exchange on this next step in the digitalisation of teaching and learning. Location: Innovationspark Zürich, Wangenstrasse 68, 8600 Duebendorf, Schweiz
