Silke Schönert is a Professor of Project Management and an internationally active expert in professional project management and organizational transformation. She supports organizations in establishing professional project management structures and advises on the planning, governance, and successful delivery of complex projects. She is the founder of the Institute for Project Management Excellence and leads a qualification program for the German federal administration. Silke is a frequent author and speaker at conferences and within organizations, and the initiator of an active PM Excellence Community, offering weekly thematic sessions that connect research, practice, and professional exchange.
