Silvia has been passionate about music all her life. After studying Chinese Studies and Cultural and Music Management, her curiosity about creativity techniques led her into innovation and start-up management. Today, she heads Wavelab - the Innovation Lab and Startup Center at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich, where she supports creative minds on their journey turning new ideas into reality. Wavelab facilitates experiments and ventures at the intersection of music, arts & media and new technologies, providing expert knowledge, coaching, and mentoring to support the creation of innovative projects and start-ups in this field.
