Über mich
Birgitta Borghoff (MA), born 4 March 1974 in Büren, Germany, has worked at ZHAW since 2007. With a background in Business Administration (BA Tourism), Arts Management and Applied Linguistics (MA Organizational Communication), she works as a senior researcher, lecturer, consultant, coach and trainer in organizational communication, design and entrepreneurship. Her focus lies on discourse-analytical and design-oriented projects around storytelling, innovation, business modelling, creative agility and new work. She runs INNOVANTIQUA (cultural-creative entrepreneurship) and brückenwege, supporting people and organizations with holistic coaching around resilience, mindfulness and organizational wisdom. She is also a trustee of the Sulzberg Foundation.
