Petra Breidenbach is a Professor for Empirical/ Market Research, Statistics & Digitalization at the University of Applied Management in Munich/Germany since 2017. She studied Geography at the Technische University in Munich & University of in Westminster London. Petra received her Phd from the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg for “E-commerce at multi-channel companies” in 2006. For more than 19 years she worked in various eCommerce, Marketing & Market Research positions at the OTTO GROUP & KANTAR covering industries such as fashion/ energy/ automotive/ travel/ tourism & more. Petra’s expertise covers data science/ literacy, eLearning, digitalization, ecommerce, CX & journey management as well as the full market researcher portfolio of quantitative, qualitative & mixed methods.
