/Imagine collaborative writing and bottom-up processes for policy-making at universities

Policies are an example of difficult texts that require long processes and comprehensive discussions. Managing these processes frequently presents a strenouous task. Yet, policies and other important texts work best if they are backed by a broad spectrum of people who are affected by it. That is why the draft of such texts should include as many perspectives as possible. The method I present here aims at structuring a democratic process in heterogenous groups that allows for the swift creation of challenging documents that allow for texts beyond mere compromise.
