Über mich
Virginia develops her career in research and teaching in the field of educational technology. At the moment, she is working on digitalisation projects in Europe and Latin America. She is part of the research staff at the Universitat Jaume I, and actively contributes to the Research Group on Teaching, Learning and Technology. Additionally, participates as editor of the Journal of Education at the University of Malaga. As part of her prior experience, she holds a background in organisational development and human resource management, having previously led diverse change management processes in digital transformation projects across both the public and private sectors. Her interests: digital transformation in education, education policy, higher education, policy enactment.
