Über mich

Anna Struth is a Research the University of Hohenheim. She holds a B.A. in Photography with Creative writing and a B.Sc. in Natural Resource Science with Specialization in Organic Farming and Horticulture. She is enrolled in the M.Sc. Organic Agriculture and Food Systems and writing her Master thesis about the potential of Higher Education Institution (HEI) for the transformation of the food system. Here she focusses on the role of values and perceptions in the transformation of the agricultural and food system towards more organic farming and regionality. She is engaged as spokesperson and trainer at netzwerk n. e.V. and is leading the working group sustainability (AKN) in Hohenheim.
