RALF C. STAUDEMEYER received the Ph.D. and German Diploma degrees in computer science (diplom-informatiker). He is currently a Professor of IT security with the Faculty of Computer Science, Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is also a designated expert in IT security and privacy, computer networks, and deep learning. He lectured at several academic institutions in Germany, South Africa, and the Fiji Islands. He is the author of more than 30 publications. He was a recipient of various research fellowships and supported EU research projects as a coordinator, a work-package leader, and a researcher.
