Über mich

Marc Kirschbaum studied architecture, urban planning and architectural theory in Kassel, Manchester/GB and as a Fulbright scholar in Seattle/USA. He is a professor of architectural theory and design at the SRH University Heidelberg, directing the international master's program "Architecture – Design for the Built Environment" and many collaborative and international research and cooperation projects. With psychologist Prof. Kai Schuster, he is founder and partner of the interdisciplinary office for research and intervention pragmatopia | architecture.city.life in Kassel. His research interests are in the field of human-space relations, spatial perception, learning architecture as well as an inter- and transdisciplinary perspective on future developments in architecture, city and society.
