Simon Schillings is managing director of frst.agency. A contemporary agency model founded in 2022 that assembles, motivates and manages individual teams for each project from a network of creatives, advertisers and cultural professionals. Since 2017 he teaches as a lecturer at HfK+G in the field of communication design. He studied online media at Furtwangen University. During and after his studies, he worked as a freelancer in the advertising industry. He then worked as a creative director in advertising agencies and looked after clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, Bosch and Lufthansa-Cargo until 2015, when he founded his own communications agency Bürovier, where he worked as managing director and creative head.
