Dr Johannes Katsarov is an ethicist, educational scientist, and serious game designer at Leuphana. He promotes game-based education, teaches ethics and educational game design, and develops digital games to sensitize people for ethical issues. Previously, he worked at the University of Zurich, where he conducted a doctorate on “Virtuous Play - Promoting Moral Sensitivity with Digital Games”. So far, he has developed 4 digital games for ethics education on ethics in finance, medicine, a responsible use of artificial intelligence, and social-media marketing.
