A Finnish perspective on decentralised digital solutions to learning: Digivisio 2030

This keynote discusses the current state of digital transformation of higher education in Finland, describes the background and implementation of Digivisio 2030 -programme as part of which Finnish higher education institutions build together a national digital service platform and shares the lessons learned from this work.
