Sebastian is research associate at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with focus on production technologies and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and logistics. His research interests include studying and applying methods of machine learning and artificial intelligence, simulation modeling and mathematical optimization for problems in production and logistics.
