Prof. Florian Wellmann arbeitet und lehrt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Geowissenschaften und Programmierung – unter Anderem im Gebiet Maschinelles Lernen und KI in den Geowissenschaften. Er besch\u00e4ftigt sich aktiv mit der Einbindung neuer Methoden in die Lehre, beispielsweise mit interaktiver Programmierung, Methoden der virtuellen und erweiterten Realit\u00e4t und der Einbindung von OER-Angeboten.
